Happy Happy, SD!
I made the following yesterday to serve after dinner tonight. All of the components were good, so here's hoping SD enjoys it. I told him to tell me true, as it was quite a bit of work to make, and if it is not good, nor fixable, I would rather try a different receipt.

The keto tiramisu was spectacular! Yes, it was high-effort, but not really more so than some of the cakes Menolly has made for Dam-et...and while I fancy I am more discerning than he, he is decidedly more picky. She made two pans; we finished the first one Wednesday night and will start the second tonight. If y'all want some, I'd show up tomorrow, as Saturday may be too late.
To round out the story, here is the rest of the birthday meal. I bought a steelhead filet and did my usual crispy-skin method for Dam-sel and my date nights. Since Menolly (Southern girl that she is) has long since overloaded on the salmon that is our native fare here in the NorthWet, I also bought some wasabi poke for Menolly's portion...and took a scoop, since it was my birthday. These fishy proteins were accompanied by a cucumber-scallion-tomato-avocado salad.
