Welcome, the cymbrogi!
I joined this forum when I was grappling with things from the Chrons & wanted to find others who had suffered as I did!

I hope you do find some interesting discussions, and join in.
And much enjoyment to you with finishing / re-finishing the series.

Yes! That! that is fascinating, and a thing that happens...
...but.. what if we wake up and realize we were living in an SRD-built world all along?!?

Welcome to the Watch, thecymbrogi.

May you thrive here...and contribute.

If (as you mentioned) you are seeking some pithy parts of this forum, consider Hile Troy's Think Tank, our political subforum. Discussions there can get quite pithy thumtimeth...

What does it say about some of you that your subconscious would create a character like me? ;)

Hello from Spokane, WA

Life experiences like betrayal and loss are the long arm of Lord Foul, attempting to lure you toward the "realism" of cynicism and apathy. But "mercy!" and love are more powerful than "bloody hellfire!" and hate

:haha:
you know, I hadn't thought of some of the implications of living in an SRD-built world. (i.e. "is my subconscious creating this fantasy world and all of the people in it?")

I hadn't gotten that far yet, okay?
Good one, Rigel!

Welcome, LL!!!
I am delighted to see a suitably in-genre Land username!
Mine used to be like that too until Lucimay went ahead and changed it on me.

Anyway, yay, we get a Chwistmas Pwezint!

Name changes are certainly not unheard-of here. At least the names chosen in this case were unambiguously pronounceable.

[Edit, several minutes later: I just saw in the MIA thread in the General Discussion Forum that Lady Elega is actually Cameraman Jenn, who has posted a lot on here and just needs to get logged back in under her previous identity. I will create a thread in the special moderators forum to see if that will help her.]

[Edit: several minutes later, plus two minutes more :P --I see that Rigel has already created the thread in that forum! So, I'll try sending a PM to Avatar.]

Welcome Leperheart Landfollower

and Lady Elega (aka Cameraman Jenn if I understand what Card Hurn posted)
