Ironically this beautiful sweet wine is produced from a disease that attacks that grape called, funnily enough, "botrytis". Its enough to make my slowly blossoming palette crawl back into the closet.

Crème de cacao is a cacao (chocolate bean) flavored liqueur, often scented with vanilla. It is different from chocolate liqueur, which is usually sweeter and more syrupy.
