Bromfield is a cross-street. If you're headed up Tremont, away from Park Street and towards Government Center, Bromfield will be on your right. Just go down Bromfield a block or so & Rico's is on your right.
Halfway down the stairs Is the stair where I sit. There isn't any other stair quite like it. I'm not at the bottom, I'm not at the top; So this is the stair where I always stop.
You can take the Blue Line subway. It goes from Logan to Gov't Center. You could take a cab, but it'd cost you about $20--the subway's only $1.25. Just watch out for all the students & tourists with their suitcases--the Blue Line's a pain in the summer.
