Hello!

Post by SonOFjimRaynor&PhobeHwell »

Hello...

To "stories-with-scope" lovers, especially those with the (apparent) required patience...

I am a ring bearer and a glacier-walker.

(ok, i give, my ring, a authentic One Ring of Power (bought in Wellington on my way to Queenstown/Dunedin NZ, during Two Towers premier), the Glacier was one the peaks around Queenstown (via helicopter).

I am in San Diego. Haven't surfed in quite a while, I do sail & jet ski (did for the 4th of July).

I am about to begin a re-read of the TC I or II and/or Runes... Any suggestions or new thing to look for?

I caught a new nuance in the SRD Gradual Interview just today.
Spoiler
Why TC needed a trigger for White Gold and why Lindon experience in Runes was different might be due to how their personality & temperment drew out their passion. I had thought the "trigger" a required mechanism for white gold...

helo and welcome.
But if you're all about the destination, then take a fucking flight.
We're going nowhere slowly, but we're seeing all the sights.
And we're definitely going to hell, but we'll have all the best stories to tell.

Full of the heavens and time.

Actually, the Member has made a comment about exactly what you suspected, Jay, that StarCraft is the basis for part of his name.

Hail Son. Welcome to Kevins Watch. :D
You do not hear, and so you cannot be redeemed.

In the name of their ancient pride and humiliation, they had made commitments with no possible outcome except bereavement.

He knew only that they had never striven to reject the boundaries of themselves.

Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want
to test a man's character, give him power.
--Abraham Lincoln

Excerpt from Animal Songs Never Written
"Hey, dad," croaked the vulture, "what are you eating?"
"Carrion, my wayward son."
"Will there be pieces when you are done?"
