Hello Everyone!

Post by Rogical21 »

I have been lurking around these forums for weeks now and figured it's time to introduce myself. :)

First off, a little about my screen name. I was indulging in a certain plant's effects one evening with my best friend of 21 years. We were discussing who knows what and I attempted to say "logical" and "realistic" at the same time and got . . you guessed it. . ."rogical". Since that it has stuck and we have added to a growing vocabulary of "pot words".

I just started reading TCTC last month and just finished The Power that Preserves last night. Needless to say I am enthralled with the series for many of the reaons that you have all posted. My friend from the fateful rogical night actually showed me this forum. I have been impressed to say the least with the caliper of people here. I have been on other forums and the level of maturity and rational debates is astounding here. I also like the fact that it's not just about the books here, but pretty much everything else you would want to talk about as well! I hope to become a regular member here and look forward to discovering new friendships and discussions. Well, I've bored you all long enough. See ya' around. ;)

I just realized that I posted this in the wrong section.

Great way to make a first impression. . . :(

Sorry about that everyone. I'll move it to the proper place if you like.

Hail Rogical21, welcome to the Watch. Don't worry about things not being in quite the right place - I like to keep things relaxed in here. As long as we get to know who you are. :D
You do not hear, and so you cannot be redeemed.

In the name of their ancient pride and humiliation, they had made commitments with no possible outcome except bereavement.

He knew only that they had never striven to reject the boundaries of themselves.

Welcome!! I was once a lurker myself, back in the day. My name was "Guest" back then, I think. It was a menial existence--primordial ooze, so to speak. No avatar, no post count--perhaps no emoticons, even! Anyway, welcome again and again.
