What are you going to make?

That's what suprises me, Lorelei. I submitted several recipes, and they picked the easiest and simplest of the ones I submitted.
It's a one pot chicken dish baked in the oven with carrots, garlic, rice, barley, mushrooms, pasta, and onion soup mix.

Simple food is always awesome, provided you use good quality, fresh ingredients.
Everyone loves my rosemary potatoes.....they only have 3 ingredients and 1 cooking step.

If you insist:
Baby red potatoes
Dried Rosemary
Butter
The trick is to put the rosemary into the water that you are boiling the potatoes in....the flavor infuses throughout the potato while they cook. I personally like dried rosemary because it has a more intense flavor, but you can use fresh as well. I also do not skin my potatoes, I like the skin.
After the potatoes are finished boiling, strain them and melt butter over them....butter to taste.
