Not much chance of seeing it though, unless I happen across it on DVD I guess. If I ever do, I'll try it out.

(Totally off topic, you know what show I really enjoyed? American Gothic.)

American Gothic kicked ass. Gary Cole was awesome in that!

I watched Milleninum on and off and loved it. It was dark and odd. Frank Black might have been too somber and introspective sometimes--maybe this turned viewers off??

Chris Carter did a good job of delivering fresh stand alone episodes while managing to maintain the continuity of the millennium group storyline. The same could be said for the X-Files until the last couple of seasons when things sort of fell apart. I always thought the x-files suffered because Carter devoted himself to Millennium.

American Gothic was another cool series. Gary Cole was such an incredible bastard. He was great.
I loved the episode when he runs his pen along the jail bars while whistling the theme to Mayberry RFD. I don't remember who was in the cell--his deputy maybe?

American Gothic was WAAAAAYYY Cool! Sheriff Buck (correct?) kicked serious tail. That was a great moment, but so was when he caused the stepfather of the abused girl to cut off his own hand "accidentally".

I hated the sister character, meryl I think her name was. The kid actor...Lucas Black... was great. He also was in sling blade, and is now on the verge of actual stardom.

Yeah, Lucas Buck. (Which is what I always think when I see that guy.)

I have no idea how it all turned out. (Or even how many series there were.) I was in the UK when the first series came on, and left the country before it was over.

But yeah...awesome. :D

Tuesday they're releasing a complete series box for a lot (a llot!) less than I paid for the three individual seasons. I urge anyone who's even a little interested to give it a try, it's a truly amazing show.

Incredible show. I guess I'd always assumed it was more 'mainstream' than it actually was, it was somewhat dismaying how few people had heard of it when it first came out on DVD. :?

That song in the opening credits is something I've been meaning to get a copy of... though it appears that if it was ever released on CD it's long out of print. It was Mark Snow, right?

Cool! Thank you! Neat site, I'll have to explore in more detail; had no idea anything like that was out there.

The show's got a rabid following, sort of like SRD. There's an alternate 3rd season and fanfic seasons 4 & 5 so far (I don't really care for them, but theyre there).

I've impulse-bought a fair number of DVDs, but I can honestly say I watch my MillenniuM discs more often than any other TV show I've bought on disc.

I watched every season again when they were initially released on DVD, but not since.. kinda feel like watching now. It's the first rainy night of the season and the atmosphere is very appropriate.

The end of season 1 had the creepiest beginning of any show EVER!
