Hi there BlueLikeDecember. Welcome to the Watch.

You do not hear, and so you cannot be redeemed.

He knew only that they had never striven to reject the boundaries of themselves.

Hi, yet another noob here.
Started SRD reading about 1990. Took a sales assistant's advice when she said try Thomas Covenant - so bought 1st and 2nd chronicles - excellent buy. Since bought Mordant's Need and Gap series. Having read a topic on the forum about marketing I was one of those who knew about the Last Chronicles and had it pre-ordered on Amazon
For background other author's I am reading;
Raymond Feist
George Martin
Janny Wurts
Steven Erikson (and Ian Cameron Esslemont)
Tad Williams
Frank Herbert (not tried the prequals yet)
Julian May
Robin Hobb
J.R.R (Christopher) Tolkein
Anyhow, enough from me.

Hello, fellow Lorewardens!
New to this site but not to the series, having read the original trilogy (the first time) in 1979. I have annoyed many folks with my TC fixation, and have made converts of most of them. Hooray!

Persistance is one of the only thing that can keep the world turning. Or the Mad Hatter for that matter...DrBerenford wrote:New to this site but not to the series, having read the original trilogy (the first time) in 1979. Welcome!
Take a long look around, and make sure to explore all the little nooks and crannies, there plenty of them!
