So many new people...

Post by kevinswatch »

Wow, we've really had a jump in activity here at the Watch over the last month... I wonder why... :?

Heh, anyway, just wanted to say welcome to all of the new people I haven't been able to say welcome to yet. Feel free to bug me about anything.-jay (Although you may have to be patient for a response sometimes, heh.)

90 new users so far, and the month isn't even over yet! I think the previous record was 59. I think being mentioned in the FR credits may have something to do with it? :D

If you build it they will come.

If you populate it with a Demondim-spawn who is the greatest frickin' creation EVER they will stay?

I need to remember to put that in quotes and thank Benjamin :)

Good to see new members and great if more and more stay although to be honest, quite a number of new members stay and become regulars :)

True internet junkies browse the net, looking for quick fixes.

Real kevin watchers are true and argue the finer points of The Land.

Then you have the real strange ones like me!! :P

If I had known (or bothered to search) for this place I would've been posting here since the early 90s when I first read the books. But, after finishing FR I felt so empty (thanks to having to wait 3 years for the next book), and I had no one to talk to about the book--so I went to the SRD webpage and found the link to these boards...and here I am.

Oh and I have a small question--where are you all getting these super cool avatars?

A lot just find their own images to use, but quite a few people here (most of the ones whose avatars include their username) have avatars designed by one of the members, Edge, who takes requests.
