Oh no, not another newbie...

Yes, indeed!

I have been a fan of SRD since about 1988 when I first read Lord Foul's Bane. I have read all of the chronicles of Thomas Covenant including Fatal Revenant. Although I have read some of SRD's other novels, none have made such an impression upon me as the Chronicles of Thomas Covenant.

I am currently a 47 yr old college student working on a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics with emphasis on Astrophysics. I happened to find this website in doing research on SRD for a paper in a Junior English class this semester.

Now that this semester is [almost] over, I'll have a little time to spend participating on what appears to be a very fun & enjoyable discussion board!
