New Again.

Post by jacob Raver, sinTempter »

Hello all. I've been absent from the sight for about a year and a half. Was only active for a couple months 2 years ago.

Whenever I get back into the books, I always get charged emotionally and intellectually and look for others with like "charge". :)

I absolutely love the books, though I have no qualms bringing issues I have with them to text.

I also absolutely love how involved, caring and intelligent everyone here is.

Thanx for letting me be apart of this sight. Great place.

Be Welcome (again) to the Watch, jacob.
Be Well Come and True.

Come check out the other areas of the Watch this time through. Perhaps we'll retain you after your "charge" for the chrons wears off again. ;)

You left us. You are dead to me.

I'm kidding, of course. Welcome back. I myself did the same thing - joined, didn't hang out much, then came back later to stay. I plan on leaving again in a year, and then coming back maybe a year later as a completely different person.

Hey there- I'm newer than you are- NEENER- NEENER!
However, may I ask what brought you back?
I know you said, "When I get back into the books" or something like that... do you mean you started over from LFB, or did something else get you started again?

Every other year or so I go back to working on a script for the books...and this time I'm getting much farther than before.

I haven't actually written much yet, but I've mapped out all six books to understand all the plot points, connections, shadowing, plot direction, themes, character developments, etc.

I always come back to the Watch because, well, one view isn't enough for me. I can't tell you how many times someone else had a better viewpoint than I had before I read what they thought, or thought of things that never came to mind, or interpreted something completely different than what I had read. Everyone here has been such a help to my personal endevour here, without being aware of it. I think I've read at least a hundred threads so far (bout 10 days now).

Tx everyone.

Know what's funny? Your replies to my comments and your polls had a big part in sucking me back to the Watch... :P

I think the website was on my copy of RotE, and I checked it out to find an awesome site... all other fan sites I've been to have been lacking in comparison...
