Kinda sitting here feeling foolish, because I can't think of what to say. How do I say how happy I am that Tracie's doing so amazingly well?? If words have been invented for such things, I've never learned them.

It is still there, but like the one on the liver, it has had no visible growth since Houston. Mom is still sleeping...hehe, but like SD says, she has probably known all the while what the scans would show.

And Stevie, well, he's walking around with the slyest grin on his little face. I believe he's being quite smug about this whole thing right now.

As everyone is thanking God, please take a moment to thank the medical professionals who have contributed to Tracie's care and for the obvious success of the therapy she has received thus far. They do deserve some credit for their hard work and dedication.

Always, it is God who gave them the skills to work these miracles. I am eternally grateful to everyone who has had a hand in helping me get through this storm.

Good morning all.

It has been awhile since I actually saw one dawn. There is a break in the clouds and the sun was able to shine on the snow briefly. And I smiled, dawn of a new day, dawn of a new outlook, "This is the day the Lord has made, let us be glad and rejoice in it."

I don't know where the path will lead, I don't know what will come. But this morning, as I watch the clouds cover up the sun's light, I know I have been granted the gift of more life. For whatever reason the Father deems, I am here for this day.

More life...the great work begins...

That just about sums up the feelings here too, StevieG.

Uh, we got an odd text from Fisty just a bit ago. How does one slam their cell phone in a car door????

So, Dad took Mom down to the onc yesterday and it looks like, by what the scans are showing, that this coming monday she will try chemo and rad again. They also tried to talk them into going back to Houston, but Mom refused. And I don't think I need to tell anyone here why.

Thank you all again for the prayers and love. Mom says she can hear you all whispering them.
