Be Welcome to the Watch, Icarus Unfallen.
Be Well Come and True.

Your avatar reminds me of a male version of one I used for my Pantheon deity of Light, O-gon-cho.

Just so you know that I like it.

Thank you for the complement, Menolly. While I am not much for the sort of role-playing games I've seen when looking in the Gravin Threndor forum, I agree that the O-gon-cho avatar does have some notable similarity.

I like it -- even if the short-haired blonde has sort of a Jane Lynch vibe going on. Combined with the orange suit (Hillary, anyone?), it is clear that this deity must not be someone to be trifled with. With all the fire imagery, I get more of an impression of Heat than Light.

Will have to look into this O-gon-cho and see if my flash assessment is correct. Someday.
Focus on where you are going and why.

I don't know about O-gon-cho, but I do know about the picture. It's Phoenix from the X-Men (and Excalibur); not the Jean Grey from the movies, but her daughter Rachel, who escaped to our present from a potential future where all the mutants were hunted down and contained in concentration camps; Rachel was captured and used to hunt her own kind (gotta love comics). Her hair's red, not blonde, and the suit also is red (not orange); it just looks blonde/orange in that pic.

Hi! Glad to find this forum! I have been a follower of the TC series for many, many years. LFB was my first hardback I bought after college. I still have it and all of his other books in first editions.

Hi. I discovered the Watch a while ago and I have been a regular lurker ... now de-lurking as I have just finished AATE and want to be able to read what everyone's got to say about it. Having taken the plunge and registered, I may not post much, but I do enjoy catching up with all the different points of view, new ideas, and humour, on here! :)
