Just finished '2666' by Roberto Bolaño, phew... very impressive. On to 'The Magician King', by Lev Grossman.

I bought "A Dance With Dragons" but I haven't cracked it open yet.

Picked up the latest 2 books in Bernard Cornwell's series about the Norse invasion of England, so starting from the beginning again.

Finished The Last Kingdom yesterday, busy on The Pale Horseman now.

Finished Sword Song last night, now The Burning Land.

This is the last one I have, but the new one has just come out, (or is about to) so I need to get it soon.

After reading the new worst book ever (pillars of the earth) I needed to go back to the basics. I needed to be reminded that there are still good writers out there. So I am rereading To Kill a Mocking Bird.

Simultaneously reading Getting to Yes, Bargaining with the Devil, and The Everything Guide to 2012 -- all research for NaNoWriMo. The first two are books on negotiation and mediation. I should probably pick one and finish it, and then move on.

Getting to Yes is a library book. I picked up a couple of others there as well -- The Anatomy of Peace (another for the NaNo research) and Tipperary by Frank Delaney. Guess which of 'em is going to be the most enjoyable.
