I'm as on it as I can be. But the support folks aren't being very helpful. This has been a trend lately, so I'm going to move all my stuff off of CWI Hosting in the very near future. I'll post something here when it's going to happen, though.
BTW - when the server is down, my email is also down. The moderators have my other email address (I think) and my cell phone for texting.
Sorry all!

StephenRDonaldson.com is up and running in the new location. The domain name without the R should be working as well soon. It will take a day or two for the DNS entries to be updated worldwide, so if you can't see the new location yet, please be patient. (the only way you'll be able to tell if it's the new location is if you try to submit a new GI question and get a "we're moving" message instead of the posting form)

Ok. Before everyone groans in pain, alert reader Tom just pointed out to me that the countdown math was wrong for Against All Things Ending. Looks like I changed the release date from the 9th (which is what I think it was for Fatal Revenant) to the 19th, but missed another spot in the math where that number needed to be changed. So my deepest apologies to those who may notice the countdown jumping UP ten days. *sigh

Yes, WF, you are not the only one!

I don't know where you dug that one up Romeo, but it's great, some very intelligent questions. I love this quote on doing the work-
Now, you can fritter away or lose the spark if you don't respect it. There are writers that, I'm convinced, could do enduring work if they were just willing to work that hard. But they're lazy. You have to apply the seat of your pants to the seat of your chair. You gotta do the work. There are people who are so reluctant to do their work that it's like all they have is talent. Well, I don't believe that's enough. I don't think that the spark alone will make your work worth remembering.
fall far and well Pilots!

I like the new info on Linden. And I'm a little ashamed that folks have been so busy hatin' on her (THOOLAH: ) that nobody's thought to ask SRD about her 'til now. It's fascinating to me that he wrote several versions of her before sticking with this one.
And lookee there, a nice shout-out to Seareach and Romeo!
