What do you mean, Sindatur?

I didn't lampshade who I've gotten to sign the certificate, uh, the sustificate, purely due to modesty - not wishing to boast getting someone like that to sign under a flowery vignettes... but looks like I just have to. :twisted:

Certainly Lord Foul won't come running to congratulate people much - and Effaeldm is not too much of a Watch authority to sign something like this.
