Hello
Hello,
I read that people with zero posts get pruned, so... : )
I probably started reading Covenant in 1999 or so. Took a break during college and finally caught up in time for AATE to be released.
Joined because I just read TLD preview and much to my embarrassment I can't remember who/what Mishio Massima is.
In the mean time I've figured it out, but it looks like I'll need to hit the books again when I get home from work tonight.

Welcome to the Watch, Dave.
Absolutely not true that people with zero posts get pruned. If you look at the memberlist and sort it by postcount, you will find *hundreds* who have never posted, some who have been here for years.
What actually happens is that people with zero posts get prunes. Sometimes it helps make them more productive, but not always.
Anyway, may you thrive here...and contribute.

Hi, Dave, welcome to the Watch!
Maybe we should threaten people with pruning if it would encourage them to post more (or at all!).
Hope you join in, there's plenty to see and comment on.

Menolly, esteemed co-mod, perhaps Vain did so at one time, but I stopped counting after finding 500 accounts with no posts to their credit. The oldest of these that I found was created in 2003. For all intents and purposes, zero posters are at no risk.

He's right. I think it probably says otherwise in the default site info, but in practice...and Stephen's account didn't have 0 posts anyway...Just because Furls was worried about it getting pruned for inactivity doesn't mean it actually ever happened...
Anyway, Welcome to the Watch dlm. (Hey, we have a dlb too.) Hope you keep posting despite finding out we won't drop you.
(500 huh? Maybe we should prune a few...)

Hello Dave.
I am playing all the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order!

I have many names... and may play many roles
So that it's clear: I'm not the Lord Foul who was on the Watch before, from 26.10.2002 to 16.06.2012
