Did you inherit post count from a time prior to your register date in 2002? Or are you just bad at Maths, like JK Rowling? ;)

Hmm, good point. I'll go with "bad at math." ;) I doubt I'd topped 1,000 posts at the old site, and it was probably much less than that. No way to tell now, though.

Yeah, we talked about it at the time, and I think the consensus was that there was no good way to do it. Everybody had to start over at zero.

Sure wish I'd thought to grab that info before the board totally died. But who knew I'd still be hanging around at the Watch 10+ years later?
