Hello everyone!
I've dropped by here occasionally to lurk over the years (has it really been so long?!), but finally got around to registering--better late (at the last?) right :)

I first picked up Lord Foul's Bane (based on the cover of course as all good 11 year old girls do!) from the small independent bookstore stuck in a weird hallway of the old Pontiac Mall, and have revisited the Land many times over the years.

Currently in the midst of TLD and am enjoying being blown away! I may cry when there are no more pages...

Good age for reading the Chrons, helps with getting a seriously lasting impression.

You may better take good sample and let out your sadness onto someone or something else... take that book and dissect it - no, seriously, we do things like that here, you should have mentioned

So, are you trying to lure people into the Tank by both promoting and scaring? Well, considering what people come here, there is hope in contradiction...
I have many names... and may play many roles

So that it's clear: I'm not the Lord Foul who was on the Watch before, from 26.10.2002 to 16.06.2012

Yes, I am. The more I contradict myself the more hope I can bring to people.

If they manage to find the Tank, there will be no lack of people entirely eager to tell them where to go. 8O

We bought those paperbacks at the same place! That little hallway connecting the stores behind Hudsons was always my first stop. Generally my last stop, too. The bookstore and rock n roll belt buckle stand held my teenage attention.

Hi everybody,

I have been a fan of TCTC since 2011 when I had bought a copy of Lord Fouls Bane at a secondhand bookstore.

I have been a lurker on this forum since 2012.
Now that I have finished TLD I have decided to join this forum. I am looking forward to reading what the other forum members think about this book :)
