The Esmer wrote:Avatar, I noticed in your profile you were in Johannesberg, SA. I thought it might be worth mentioning my mother recently returned from a small village near there after a 3 yr tour in the Peace Corp! (she's 67) I can't remember exactly, but the tribe she communed with was pronounced like "in duh belly". Anyway, thought it was "neat"...
Cool. It's written "Ndebele". They're particularly known for stunning geometrical artistic designs in vivid colours.

Hope she enjoyed my beautiful country. :)

Just a quick heads up, if you're adding to posts before anybody has replied, it's usually customary to just edit in the additional thoughts to avoid double posting where possible. We're not pedantic about it, but we do try and keep it in mind. ;)

WTF?Please fill me in on the signifigance of the Blue Jay.I have pondered, and pondered, and am somewhat confounded. Is Edge about to zap the bird with his mystical shiny fire,or is the bird an accomplice,or servant?Or an astral extension of the Edge charactar?Or.........does the bird represent something deeper and unfathomable?

The Jay represents all that is heh. There is heh in everyone; Jay speaks to the heh; heh brings forth the Jay.

I have heard ... in the far east, high in the mountains, hiding under rocks, are a people who revere the unity/opposition of the Jay and the Edge. Burning incense and staring at hypnotically animated gifs, they chant "heh ... heh ...". They call their belief KWism, and claim that it leads one to pointless threads in the inner self. A very large (500x900 pixel) image of the Jay and the Edge, called the Edjaytar, is their spiritual symbol.

The Esmer wrote:and Edge brings forth the fried chicken? is the heh in the chicken? Is the chicken waiting for the heh inside the Jay? I think Edge saw the chicken in the Jay but didn't know the heh was in there with the Jay already...
Which came first, the chicken or the heh?
