I didn't... mine just says 'York'....

Looking again, the marker seems to be at the opposite end of the city from me.

I have an edit comment feature, but it doesn't seem to work. I can delete the entire entry, and allow you to start over, the same as I offered Lucimay.

I'm still waiitng to hear back from her on if she wants to do that or not though.

I'm there. I had to try twice, though -- it didn't add me until I added something in the "shoutout" box. Odd....

Interesting to see where we all are, huh? Too bad we don't have anybody in S. America or Antarctica...

I was discussing with Claire the other day how wiggly our British roads are compared to her grid-like American ones.

Well, I found it mildly interesting

Probably because most British roads were well established long before there was much traffic, or many cars for that matter. Even, perhaps especially, in the middle of London, they were designed for carts. (It can get hell of an annoying.

Well, apparently the residents of Lewistown gripe when one or two roads aren't quite straight, so they'd huddle in a corner and cry if they came here
