I must have been chronicles surfing. I remember it was here I found out about the Last Chronicles; and just after SRD had left a message here thanking everyone for attending the 2007 Elohimfest.

...and the rest his history! :D
Sea, you must have joined after the 2004 elohimfest; you were already an established loved icon here on the Watch by the time I joined in 2005. :)

I wasn't drunk! :P ;) Those wayward ways are long gone.

Oh shoosh! ;) I know I still drink...but not enough to be paralytic. I was just tired (it actually bemuses me I could get something like that wrong!).

Sea's entry was one of my highlights at KW. Her encouraging comments about my writing (Xenopaedias) I will treasure forever.

Drinking makes you tired.

I used to drink to forget. Now I just forget to drink.

Sea first made an impression on me with an eloquent and passionate post in defense of Linden Avery. (Unfortunately, that post no longer exists because it was wiped out in the course of the infamous Turkish hack.)

thanks MM. :) I'd forgotten about that post.

I think it's actually still there in the Runes forum. I reposted it after the hack.

I remember Sea writing a beautiful poem about falling rain.... Which I saved, but now recall was on my laptop, so it's gone with the crash of the hard drive. :(

Found it via the discussion link on SRD's website. Lurked for a couple years before joining, since I wasn't sure I had anything to add. Some may contend that ought to still be the case...

Learned something there; had thought it was Carl Sagan.
